Latest commercial innovation
FlyEvidence was instrumental in the research and development of a humane fly deterrent, now marketed as BuzzyGo. We tested prototype products multiple times and statistically analysed the results to ensure successful development of an effective solution.

Recent Ecological fieldwork
FlyEvidence participated in two field surveys of insect faunas in the Seychelles (June 2023 & January 2024) with the collection of several thousand specimens for identification and further analysis. An integral part of the The EU-funded IslandLife Project, the field surveys focussed on evaluating relatively undisturbed islands versus ones of similar size that have been affected by anthropogenic activities, to shed light on the unique biodiversity of island ecosystems and assess their fragility to global change.

The Forensic service offered by FlyEvidence is limited to Forensic Entomology which is
underpinned by more than a decade of experience in legal investigation. The focus is on, but not restricted to, estimated minimum time since death.
