As a small business, FlyEvidence operates on payment terms of 30 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed beforehand.
To ensure cash flow and financial integrity FlyEvidence cannot run on a credit basis.
From the 31st day, unpaid invoices will be subject to a past-due interest based on the Bank of England base rate plus 8% per day, plus a one off overdue administration fee of £50 (per late invoice) charged from the original due date.
FlyEvidence is a signatory to and complies with the Prompt Payment Code (PPC).
The Prompt Payment Code (PPC) sets standards for payment practices and best practice and is administered by the Small Business Commissioner on behalf of the Department for Business and Trade (DBT). The Code covers prompt payment, as well as wider payment procedures.
Payment for services are normally made via BAC (or SWIFT) payment directly to the account details listed on your invoice.
If you wish, however, you can submit your payment directly to Paypal. Note that the PayPal form is a donation form that you can use for payments, but please remember to include your details and the invoice number.
If you wish to fund research, please make your donation through PayPal, thank you.
